REPORT CARD REWARDS

This is a list of local businesses that offer rewards for good report cards. Present original report card, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and a screen print of this page at any (or all!) of these businesses and collect your reward. Incentives are valid for one month from report card issue date. Please remember to thank these establishments for their generosity in participating in this program.

 PTA Report Card Incentive Program 

 Advanced Hair Design - 11809 N. Armenia Ave., 935-0889 (Jennifer Somchitch) - Receive $4.00 off a child's haircut for straight A's or E's OR $2.00 off a child's haircut for A's & B's or E's & S's. When calling for an appointment, please mention report card incentive discount.

 Beef O' Brady's - 8810 N. Himes Ave., 936-2058 (Brian Cowles) - Receive one free child's meal for A's & B's or E's & S's and good conduct. Please bring report card.

 Burger King - 15298 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 968-4994 (Nickita Harrison) - Receive one free hamburger and small drink for at least 2 A's & 3 B's or 2 E's & 3 S's. Incentive is valid at all restaurant locations.

 Chick-Fil-A - 15801 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 908-0787 (Marvely Sanchez) - Receive one free 4-pack child's meal for straight A's or E's and good conduct. Please bring report card.

 Chuck E. Cheese - 14308 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 963-6921 (Charles Johnston) - Receive 15 free tokens for passing grades. Please provide a copy of report card.

 Cold Stone Creamery - 13168 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 963-1410 (Chip & Cathy Byrne) - Receive one free small ìcreate your ownî ice cream cup for each A or E. Limit one per visit. Please bring report card.

Florida Aquarium - 701 Channelside Dr., 273-4000 (Gail Stoddard) - Receive one free admission for students (and up to 2 adults at $10 admission fee each) for A's & B's or E's & S's or perfect attendance. Not valid with any other promotion.

Great Clips - 13129 B North Dale Mabry (located in Fresh Market Plaza), 969-2960, (Lea Orchard)- Receive $2.00 off a kids hair cut with A's or B's.

Honey's Grill - 11115 North Dale Mabry Hwy. 264- 1616 (Kim Pacifico) - Receive one free kids meal to any student who achieves A's or B's average per marking period (every 9 weeks).  Redeem within 20 days of every marking period.  

J. Christophers - 14366 North Dale Mabry Hwy - 908-7023 (Bill Kranich) - Recieve on free kids meal to any sutdent who achieves A's or B's.

Mr. Empanada - 10023 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 908-6202 (Albert Leon) - Receive one free empanada for A's & B's or E's & S's.

 Pin Chasers Midtown - 4847 N. Armenia Ave., 879-1339 (Barbara Phillips) - Receive one free game of regular or bumper bowling (including shoe rental) for perfect attendance (0 absences). Not valid for ìshowî bowling.

 Q-Zar of Tampa Bay - 7807 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 933-6995 (Brad Cohen) - Receive one free game for straight A's or E's, $1 off a game for every A or E, 50¢ off a game for every B or S and 25¢ off a game for every C.

 Tampa Ale House - 14803 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 969-0020 (John French/Mark Watson) - Receive one free child's meal for at least one A or E. For straight A's or E's receive one free child's meal including dessert. Remember, kids always eat free on Tuesdays.

 Tanya & Matt's Ice Cream - 15742 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 963-2766 (Tanya & Matt) - Receive one free small ice cream cone or cup of any flavor for A's & 1 B or E's & 1 S. Incentive is valid at all locations.

 Tijuana Flats - 10019 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 849-6900 (Damian Trumble) - Receive one free child's meal for A's & B's or E's & S's and good conduct. Please bring flyer and report card.

 United Skates of America - 5121 N. Armenia Ave., 876-5826 (Amanda Noble) - For every A or E, receive one free skate admission for a Saturday (11 am-7:30 pm) or a Sunday (12:30-6 pm or 6:30-8:30 pm). Please provide a copy of report card.
